Our clean, modern, and well- equipped unit is situated on the most convenient and scenic spots in New Braunfels, right on the Comal River. Grab a tube, start on the tube chute at nearby Prince Solms park, and float back to Inverness. Schlitterbahn, the #1 waterpark in the world, is also right across the street from the condo, only a 2-3 minute walk to the 'Blastenhoff' portion of the park, where you'll find fun for all ages. Clearwater Condo is also less than 2 miles to Landa Park and 3 miles to historic Gruene, home of the Gristmill, Gruene Hall, and much more. Did we mention downtown New Braunfels is within walking distance as well?
Clearwater comfortably sleeps up to six guests between the two comfortable bedrooms; in total, the condo holds one king bed, one queen, and also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Both full bathrooms have recently been remodeled for your enjoyment, and feature large, tiled, walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and dining essentials, and you'll enjoy relaxing with the cable HDTV as day's end; that is, if you've already had your fill of the cool breezes and relaxing views from the 3rd floor deck space. Walk outdoors to reach the riverside pool and common area with a large deck that includes several grilling stations and shaded picnic areas.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 6 guests. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. There is a limit of 2 vehicles at all times, with parking passes provided.
