The master bedroom boasts a large king size bed, full bath with walk- in shower, and a stunning Guadalupe River view. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and shares the full bath just off the hallway.
Step into the living area and you'll find comfortable furnishings, cable HDTV, and a fully- equipped kitchen with all essential cookware and dinnerware needed for your stay. But don't forget why you're here! A quick walk out the back door reveals ample deck space and seating, perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the Guadalupe River below, and all while under the shade of ancient cypress and pecan trees. Continue down to the waterfront and catch a glimpse of a tuber, kayaker, or fly fisherman, and prepare to join in the fun.
Whitewater Amphitheater, Texas' best live outdoor music venue, as well as the conveniences of a local grocery store and other shops in the nearby village of Sattler are all within a 10 minute drive of your holiday home. Canyon Lake and scenic Canyon Dam are also a short drive away... there's no wonder why this area is well known as the Water Recreation Capitol of Texas.
