Enjoy relaxing days and cool evenings under the ancient pecan trees that shade the two decks on the property, one off the main living area and another off the master suite upstairs. Inside you'll find a modern kitchen with granite countertops and a cozy living area with fireplace for those cooler nights. There are four spacious and inviting bedrooms, plus a large studio apartment area with it's own kitchenette and bath.
In addition to the Guadalupe River, this home is only three miles from the nearest access to popular Canyon Lake. Whitewater Amphitheater and the small village of Sattler with a convenient grocery store are within three miles of the home as well.
If you only need lodging for 10 guests or less, inquire about rates for only the main house, excluding the studio apartment.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 14 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
